Domestic Delivery Services

We will despatch and deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you in 1-2 business days. The delivery lead-time from despatch will vary and is depends on the delivery country and delivery service purchased.

You must inform us as soon as possible and certainly within two business days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery service partners are sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

FREE MAINLAND UK DELIVERY orders over £60.00 in value

Our free delivery offer is conditional upon your location and the value of goods purchased, and applies only to orders over £60.00 in net value that are delivered to Mainland UK inclusive postcodes. Delivery will be by standard Hermes courier service which usually delivers in 3-5 days. Excluded postcodes for this service are HS and JE.

We also offer a chargeable upgrade to EXPRESS next working day delivery for Mainland UK postcodes. We use DPD couriers for this service. All off-shore UK and some Scottish Highlands & Islands postcodes are excluded as per below:

UK DELIVERY CHARGES orders under £60.00 value
For all UK postcode orders under £60.00 in net value that are delivered to UK postcodes, the following standard delivery charges will apply:

*Express service is applicable to Mainland UK inclusive postcodes only (see above for postcode exclusions). Orders must be received before 12pm.


The exception to the Delivery Schedule is any purchase made for CUSTOM or MADE-TO-ORDER items.

The lead-time to despatch of these items varies by product and seasonally, for example at Christmas and over the New Year. Public Holidays should also be taken into account when estimating your order despatch lead-time. Typically lead-times are:

All goods are shipped either by Royal Mail Post or a Third Party Courier Delivery Service. Unfortunately we are not able to control the vagaries of the postal service, but would recommend that on average you allow up to 3-5 business days for UK orders and up to 10 business days for all international orders from the time of despatch.

Every effort is made to deliver your goods within the estimated time scales. From time to time delays may occur. We will not be held liable for any failed or late deliveries.


You are responsible for all the appropriate Import and Customs Duties.

Quote For Shipping Charges
If you are ordering from a country not mentioned above or you are outside of the EU and are placing a particularly large or small order, we will need to weigh and measure your parcel before we can give you an individual and specfic shipping price. Please place your order as normal, selecting 'QUOTE' as the postage option. We will then contact you once your parcel is ready for despatch with the shipping price.


What currency do you use?
The prices on the website are in £ GBP (Pounds Sterling). All payments and refunds made will be in £ GBP. Any currency conversions will be made by your bank or card issuer. We do offer currency conversions on our website to enable you to see your order value in your own currency, but the order itself will be transacted in £ GBP (Pounds Sterling).

What are the charges for shipping?
Our international shipping rates are split into two types - set rates and an individualised quote system.

Set Rates – European Countries
We have a number of set rates for shipping, these cover the most popular delivery countries in Europe and will cover a single shipping box of up to 25kgs in packed weight. A drop down box will be available in the shopping basket with our set rate postage charges.

When will my order be delivered?
We advise that you allow 1-3 working days for your order to be despatched and then delivery times are dependent upon the destination country. Estimated delivery times are indicated in the tables above for each country. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is despatched, so you can follow its progress.

Are there an additional charges or taxes?
We don’t charge any more than the prices on our website, plus delivery. If you are ordering from outside of the EU, you may be charged import duty by the customs department in your country. Unfortunately we are unable to affect customs or their fees. Duty is payable whenever goods are imported into a country, and it is the importer that is liable for this, plus any fees generated by the customs authority. Customs fees and import taxes are additional to the postage costs associated with an order.

Whilst we do everything possible to try and minimize the fees a parcel may incur, we are legally bound to declare the actual content and value of the goods on the invoices we supply. It is usually a very small charge, but if in any doubt, please check with your country’s Customs department before you order.
