FAQS

When will my order be despatched?
We aim to despatch your order within 1-2 business days, but if you need your order delivery urgently please get in touch and we will do our best to despatch the same day if we can for you.

What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide, but there are some products such as aerosol based grooming products which we cannot send to some countries due to safety concerns when air shipping.

I am VAT registered do I have to pay VAT?
VAT is charged on all orders delivered within the EU. If you have a valid EU VAT number then VAT may be deducted and not charged on your invoice. VAT is not applicable on orders exported outside of the EU Community.

If I order a bespoke custom colour body protector or riding hat how long will I have to wait for my order to be despatched?

The manufacturing lead-time to despatch varies according to what item you have ordered, but if you click on the DELIVERY tab in the item description you will see precise manufacturing lead-time information for your purchase.

I am not sure what size body protector I need?
If you click on the SIZING GUIDE information in the item description you will find comprehensive sizing and fitting information. If in any doubt though please call or email us and we will be pleased to help you.

I live outside of the UK, what currency will I be invoiced in and what currency will I pay in for my purchase?
You will be able to convert the cost of your purchase to $AUD, $CAN, $USD or EURO but you will be invoiced in £GBP and your payment will be made in £GBP. Your bank or card provider will make the currency conversion for you.
